1. Services
Empetec provides IT outsourcing, computer and laptop repair, security camera installation, and network setup services within the State of Arizona. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a written quote or service agreement.
2. Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.
- Payment is due within 15 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- Late invoices may accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge.
3. Warranty
Workmanship on installations is warranted for 12 months from completion. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, power surges, third-party modifications and acts of nature.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your environment and access requirements.
- Maintain valid licenses for software we install or support.
- Authorize an on-site contact for scheduled service visits.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empetec's aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.
6. Intellectual property
All content on https://empetec.com — text, images, logos and code — is owned by Empetec LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
